旅日法國女設計師EmmanuelleMoureaux，一直以來將色彩作為自己設計脈絡承襲的元素，同時加入女性特有的細
膩與溫情，讓空間設計成為一次充滿人性關懷的溫暖歷程。這一特點在為巢鴨信用金庫（Sugamo Shinkin Bank）一系列門店的設計中顯得尤為明晰。從明快色彩的運用，到空間細節標識的把握，將銀行業主的親和與熱情做了最好的表達。

建築外觀的上部設計有12 個疊層板的造型，每個板都有自己的顏色，如彩虹一般，也像隨意疊放的書籍。這位浪漫的女設計師更直言靈感源自於法式的彩虹千層糕。12 個疊層板排列參差，大小也不一致，隨意活潑而不顯呆板。同時這些疊層板，均為下板面設計有鮮豔色彩，上板面為白色。這樣的設計，讓光線在色彩之間產生反射作用，通過顏色的疊加產生更多色彩，讓原本的橘色、紅色、綠色、藍色這四個色系的12種顏色更具有豐富性。到了夜間，12 個不同的顏色在燈光作用下極顯朦朧之美，同時搭配不同季節的天光與周圍的環境，形成四季不同的景觀。
