本文是2016年台中文學獎童話故事類得獎作品
全書的插畫是作者22歲的自閉症女兒所畫

　　瑪莉是一位沒有語言的自閉症女孩，上學需要媽媽陪伴。

　　無法口語表達情緒，在校園內總是追趕跑跳碰，最後卻以繪畫的方式呈現內心世界，並為她贏得友誼。

　　學齡期的融合教室，幾乎都會編入一至二位個別差異性大的特教生，老師與家長如何幫助孩子適應環境，並引導班上學生認識這些天使寶貝，實難有一套結構性流程。

　　創作此童話繪本的初衷，在協助老師與家長營造一個為特教生說故事的氛圍，盼從學校到家庭不再因為陌生而感到惶恐。
蔡威君

　　民國五十年生，中原大學特殊教育系碩士，曾任高中、大學軍訓教官。文章多次榮獲散文、小說獎。本文獲2016年臺中文學獎【童話故事】類佳作獎。曾當選98年度桃園縣傑出身心障礙者家屬楷模。母女共同創作出版【畫出心中的彩虹圖畫書】、【那年夏天圖畫書】。

林依慧

　　民國八十五年生，重度自閉症者，只有極少的語言表達力，繪畫及隨意塗鴉，是她跟外界溝通的重要管道，曾獲得桃園縣102年身心障礙者楷模，102年度陳亭詩現代藝術獎學金，103年文薈獎圖畫書類優等獎。

美術指導：陳素美

　　民國五十七年生，國立台灣師範大學美術研究所藝術創作碩士，現從事美術教育工作及創作。
