《针灸甲乙经》简称《甲乙经》，成书于282年，晋·皇甫谧著。全书12卷，128篇。前6卷为中医的基本理论和针灸学的基础知识，后6卷为临床治疗部分。本书取材于《灵枢》、《素问》、《明堂孔穴针灸治要》三部经典，是我国现存最早的一部针灸学专著。
皇甫谧出身东汉名门世族，六世祖皇甫棱为度辽将军，五世祖皇甫旗为扶凤都尉，四世祖皇甫节为雁门太守，曾祖皇甫嵩因镇压黄巾起义有功，官拜征西将军、太尉。但到他这一代，家道衰落。他生后遂丧生母，过继给叔父，十五岁时随叔父迁居新安。自幼贪玩，年二十仍游荡无度，后受叔母教诲，拜乡人席坦受书，从此改弦易辙，矢志发奋读书。二十六岁著《帝王世纪》《年历》等。四十二岁前后得风痹症，悉心攻读医学，开始撰集《针灸甲乙经》。晋武帝多次征召，他始终不仕，潜心著述，著有《高士传》《列女传》《玄晏春秋》等。六十八岁时，《针灸甲乙经》刊发经世，同年皇甫谧去世。明朝嘉靖年间，皇甫谧得以从祀景惠殿三皇庙。
