《新刻奉亲养老书》，又名《养老奉亲书》《寿亲养老书》，宋代陈直著。书仅1卷，分上、下编。主要论述老年人的饮食调治、形证脉候、性气好嗜、宴处起居、戒忌保护、四时疾病、备急药方、四时摄养、四时用药及老年人眼疾、耳聋、耳鸣、五劳七伤等16种病症的食疗方法。
陈直是北宋神宗时期的养生学家，生平无详细考证。他曾为承奉郎，在宋神宗元丰年间（1078 - 1085）担任泰州兴化（今江苏省兴化市）县令。
在政务之余，陈直精心研究老年养生医学。他著有《养老奉亲书》，这是我国现存最早的老年病学专著，成书不晚于 1085 年。
