Susanna Leung 畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學，主修鋼琴，副修理論與作曲，並考取演奏
級文憑 LTCL。

Susanna 自幼在香港跟隨霍穎琴老師學習鋼琴，並曾師承陳銳驍老師。高中時期，她擔任合唱團團長及鋼琴伴奏。後來她赴台灣進修音樂，並順利畢業於國立台灣藝術大學，主修鋼琴，副修理論與作曲，師承黃貞綾、洪雅惠和林金滿老師。

除了定期演出外，Susanna 一直致力於提供高質素的音樂教學，悉心培育音樂人才，並多次擔任比賽評審，榮獲「作育英才獎」及「優秀教師獎」。她在多項鋼琴比賽中表現優異，於2018 年在亞洲愛琴海鋼琴大賽中獲得蕭邦練習曲組及莫札特奏鳴曲組亞軍；同年在
國際中華音樂藝術節公開組全球總決賽中獲得亞軍。2021 年，她應聯合亞洲室樂團邀請，為電影配樂擔任鋼琴演奏，並廣受好評。

Susanna 還推出了一門名為「演奏級鋼琴老師教你自學1-5 級樂理」的線上課程，專為搭配她的書籍《演奏級鋼琴老師教你自學1-5 級樂理》而設計，旨在幫助音樂愛好者及準備考取英國皇家音樂學院樂理考試的學生全面掌握樂理知識，目前書本已在多個地區販售。
