"莫道書生空議論，本書作者入世哲學家曾國民為了推動實現其所倡議的自由文化地球國，在2022年實際參與了台灣的選舉。參選前，作者提出了＂台一線＂方案。如今，再接再厲，他欲嘗試將之前所提的彩盟具體化為＂逍遙會＂。
為了讓對逍遙會有興趣的人能夠比較完整地了解自由文化地球國與彩盟論述的來龍去脈，作者決定出版這本書。
除了逍遙會的主張，此書包含了作者在其近年幾本著作中的所有關於自由文化地球國的重要論述文章與解決方案。
雖然在晚近的文章中，有些理念用詞和建議推動的做法已經與時俱進，但自由文化地球國的中心思想則是一以貫之。
用一句作者的詩句來描述此書，＂俱納矣，數太平之道，還看逍遙＂（摘自《曾國民詩歌全集》2023版）。"
學歷：台灣大學哲學系肄業、中文系畢業，美國南加州大學（USC）電影學院進修，加拿大蒙特婁康科迪亞大學大眾傳播碩士。 經歷：政論雜誌採編、立委助理及多個電視文化節目（包括《八千里路雲和月》）編導、策劃及撰稿。自年少起，悠遊於哲學、文學、社會文化思想和自助旅行，提倡愛因斯坦「想像力比知識更重要」的說法，好沈思，愛奇想，是一位兼具理性與感性、深沈與趣味的作家。 著作：《GOD BLESS NOT ONLY AMERICA》、《A BOOK OF SUPER COOL TONGUE TWISTERS》、《Alternative Sayings顛覆名言》、《超酷的英文繞口令》、《從存在到世界－101密碼》、《曾國民掰故事(一)》、《曾國民掰故事(二)》、《曾國民的詩與歌》、《自由文化地球國》。
