Blender 目前是相當火熱的3D軟體的學習套件之一。它最吸引人的是完全免費（https://www.blender.org/），而且更新速度很快，目前最新的版本是4.3。由於Blender提供免費又強大的功能，國外網路上有相當多得學習資源。有很多的youtuber也是以教導Blender而吸引很多人訂閱其頻道。筆者學習Blender也有好幾年的時間，也在學校也教授Blender，根據筆者的了解，很多國外小型遊戲與動畫公司都已經開始使用Blender，並把它納入開發製作遊戲與動畫不可或缺的軟體使用之一。
