While accumulating wealth and honour on this fertile land, they had also created a rich culture of their own. These beautiful and intricate bed ornaments bear testament to their unique existence throughout the Straits of Malacca, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar. A collection like this leaves us with the rich imagination of a lavish tribe. The collection in this book has given many insights into the past.
